For co-clustering, a more general approach Co-Clustering with Bregmen divergences (information theoretic co-clustering is a special case) can be used as the matrix entry (protein, structure) might not represent probability.

For a general case, where the matrix entries belong to exponential family of distributions, following will be better suited technique. I think the simplest case C1 should be a good starting point.

Try saving them as jpeg and then, if necessary, downsize them until they fit. Also, please email them to me.
