How is Google getting in trouble for bundling apps? Phone manufacturers and wireless carriers often replace Google apps with their own implementations.

It would be nice to have background on how Google achieved market dominance in the first place.

Consequences

It would be nice to have a section on the consequences of potential rulings for this case.

Can you expand on Google's attempt to draw attention to similar binding practices by competitors? This seems like a major way for them to avoid litigation so it may be useful to clarify. Otherwise what are they doing to potentially avoid consequences?
