How is Google getting in trouble for bundling apps? Phone manufacturers and wireless carriers often replace Google apps with their own implementations.


It would be nice to have background on how Google achieved market dominance in the first place.

Superficially it would be nice to have the two background pages not be different pages, and have the information as subsections instead

It would be nice to have a section on the consequences of potential rulings for this case.

Can you expand on Google's attempt to draw attention to similar binding practices by competitors? This seems like a major way for them to avoid litigation so it may be useful to clarify. Otherwise what are they doing to potentially avoid consequences?


Putting everything under this page would be more compact and easier to read.
